On her way to battle for a record-breaking amount of child support, Linda Evangelista was spotted leaving her apartment to head to the Manhattan Family Court in New York City, New York on Friday (May 5).
In a white pencil skirt and a grey and white jacket, the 46-year-old supermodel returned to court to ask her ex-boyfriend billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault for nearly $50, 000 a month in child support for their five year old son, Augustin.
Linda says the money is necessary to provide for the child's basic needs which includes armed bodyguards and a round-the-clock nanny, among other costs which she has willing payed for over the years but is now demanding child support after her estimated $1.8 million-a-year income took a hit last year as a contract with L'Oreal ended.
Her ex, Pinault is the chief executive of PPR and husband of Salma Hayek has admitted to forking over hardly any child support over the years saying, "I'm not going to pay money I'm not asked for".
