Academy Award-nominated actor Gary Busey was spotted sharing a cool treat with his 2-year-old tot Luke in Malibu, Calif. on Sunday (May 27). Gary's partner Steffanie Sampson smiled as her sweet son took a big taste of his daddy's ice cream cone.
The actor - who is also father to son and actor Jake Busey and daughter Alectra from previous relationships - recently filed for bankruptcy in February 2012.
