Spending the evening on the red carpet, Claire Danes joined in on the Tinseltown festivities by attending the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (September 23).
Joined by husband Hugh Dancy, the "Homeland" actress worked her way around the Nokia Theatre LA Live venue in a canary yellow Lanvin gown as she readied for the always-entertaining toast to television's finest to get underway.
Taking care of hosting duties at this year's Emmy Awards is late night funnyman Jimmy Kimmel while Miss Danes is both a nominee and presenter - joining fellow trophy doting stars including Kerry Washington, Zooey Deschanel, Julianna Margulies, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Melissa McCarthy, Alec Baldwin and the beautiful Julianne Moore.
As for the nominees, HBO is the top network with 81 bids while "American Horror Story" and "Mad Men" are the show frontrunners with 17 chances at Emmy glory apiece.
