With her first trimester morning sickness seemingly a thing of the past, expectant mom Kourtney Kardashian says that her pregnancy is going great.
"Good, I feel great. Excited to be out," she told OK! at last night's launch of Caesars Entertainment's total rewards event, adding that she's been keeping busy "chasing after a toddler and taking him on lots of walks."
