Kelly Rutherford and her 3-year-old daughter Helena were out in New York City on Thursday (March 9). The Gossip Girl star was all smiles as she was carried her little girl. Her son Hermés, 5, wasn't with them.
The 43-year-old actress says she now does Botox. She was recently at an event for Balducci's Gourmet On The Go when she spoke about waiting to start the treatments after her children were born.
