She’s no stranger to standing before the judge, and earlier today (March 19) Brooke Mueller was spotted arriving at the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen, Colorado.
The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen looked beautiful and healthy as she was escorted inside by her legal team to answer for assault and drug possession charges.
And according to a report from TMZ, the judge offered Mueller a plea deal, effectively dismissing the felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute charges as well as the misdemeanor assault infraction.
In return, Brook agreed to plead guilty to possession of cocaine (less than four grams) and undergo rehab treatment, 12 months of probation, and pay court costs.
